I am so excited to announce the next pop up fitness class in collaboration with Intersport Elverys taking place in their store in Dundrum shopping centre!!

Megan's Move Energsie Glow class will be a motivating, energetic, empowering workout class for both men & women. This class is for all fitness levels whether your a beginner or experienced trainer, Megan strives to make all clients comfortable & confident when they workout. Come along alone, with a friend it will even be perfect for a date night ;) Sure to be a super fun evening starting with a full body workout followed by a little shopping. Intersport Elverys have kindly given us 15% discount for you to use & treat yourself to some new gorgeous workout gear from their latest range.

How Much: €10 per person + booking fee

This Class will be a high intensity workout- so we strongly advise that you have basic levels of fitness. However we will cater for all levels of fitness from beginner to advance and our expert staff will guide and push you to a level that is comfortable for you.

Please wear comfortable workout gear and strong trainers

Please bring water with you

Mats will be provided but if you wish to bring your own please do.
