Beginners Hike to Fight Boxercise class- Hell Fire Club

Join Niamh & Caoimhe from Move Energise Glow for the 3rd and final part of HIKE TOO SERIES-  Hike to Fight 

This event and class- is to empower YOU and give YOU the confidence to train hard and have fun with like minded people, get a sweat on and enjoy breath taking views of dublin. 

This will be a Guided backpacking hike through one of our very favourite woodland trails, Hell Fire Club - Dublin Mountains. Nice easy pace, to get warmed up and enjoy the wonderful nature and views around us on this trail- with a EMPOWERING MOTIVATING self boxercise class at the top of the mountain with incredible views. 

This day is the perfect day out on a Sunday- enjoy meeting like minded people have some fun, chats and enjoy a unique/one of a kind fitness class- Trust me we will be making you sweat too ;) Its all fun and will be very enjoyable setting and environment 

Join us on Sunday 5th May- Meeting at Hell Fire Club- Car Park 10AM SHARP  We will provide you with more detail via email once signed up. You will be sent Itinerary and what you need to bring etc.  Finishing apprx 12.30pm-

Hike and boxercise class suitable for all levels from beginner- to advanced we will cater to everyone's ability 

 Set for an amazing day out with lots of fun and a huge accomplishment- If you do have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
